Synopsis: Prakash is educated guy comes from Village is search of job. His friend Ramesh helps him to get a job. Prakash joins Rao & Company where he finds strange situations and strange people. Prakash becomes close to colleague .Ramesh’s Sister Sheela is in love with Prakash she comes to know about Prakash’s concern with Sushsma and she is upset.At this juncture Sushma is missing. Police and company people suspect Prakash. Police follows Prakash and interrogates him. Prakash life is disturbed. Suddenly Sushma comes back…. She has links with Mr. Rao. The boss, who plans to cheat the company,.Prakash comes to know about Rao’s Plan He wants to stop him. In the climax Mr. Rao is killed by rowdies who is after money and the blame comes on Prakash. Finally the problem is solved after a lot of drama. Prakash and his lover Sheela are united.
